You will receive an OTO confirmation voucher to redeem the cruise ticket and sticker in a separate email. Please show the given voucher for check-in. The cruise itinerary may be altered due to traffic and weather conditions on the day of the activity. For any cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the start of the activity, you will receive a complete refund. No refunds are provided for no-shows or late arrivals After confirmation is issued, if you wish to reschedule, a change fee of THB 250 per person will apply. The cruise has 2 boarding points: Icon Siam Pier 4 and Asiatique Pier 2. Meeting point may vary depending on the option booked.
