Scarlett Wine Bar

On the 37th floor it looks out over the bright lights of the city, allowing for some breathtaking views. It invites the best in young corporate executives and chic visitors to have fun and relax in this funky atmosphere.

The Scarlett Bar has a wide selection of wines from all over the world and staff who are specialist in their fields, meaning they can advise you on the best tipple for your palate. There are other drinks available, but if you are coming to Scarlett's be sure to at least sample a glass of the house selection before you leave. The wine bar also serves food to compliment your drinking, including tasty and authentic tasting Tapas - cold cuts and cheeses. The menu is inspired by Chef Manuel Martinez who has acquired 2 Michelin stars during his studded career and owns the Louis XIII in Paris.

The Pulman also plays host to the 25 Degrees restaurant, sister of the LA burger and wine hang out, as well as Mistral which does contemporary all day dining on the 2nd floor, featuring Western and Asian fusion cooking. To top this off, the Pulman has a cocktail bar in the Mezzanine lobby called Playground, perfect for pre-dinner drinks. There is also an open-air terrace for during the summer months.
