The Great Hornbill Bistro

A bustling bistro that is located in the heart of Bangkok that has skilfully implemented a rural vineyard which contrasts with the urban surroundings. Their inspiration is drawn from the PB Valley in Khai Yai National Park; situated 150km north of Bangkok. The original Great Hornbill Grill restaurant rests here delivering customers with fresh Thai cuisine, and astounding natural beauty, all washed down with their distinct variety of wine. The Hornbill Bistro is a replication of this in a city setting that ensures the same quality of ingredients, and sumptuous wine.

At the bistro there is an addition of a shop, where winery products can be purchased. The style of dining is a combination of modern international cuisine, and local specialities. There is a private function room with a grand table and wine cabinets ideal for business meetings or celebratory events. Their all day breakfast is the most popular item on the menu, especially the salmon eggs Benedict, or for lunch sample their shrimp pasta or stone baked pizzas. The staff are very attentive, and demonstrate great knowledge when it comes to pairing dishes with a specific wine; PB Chenin blanc compliments fish and creamy sauces to perfection.
