ZUMA

The modern décor of Japanese restaurant ZUMA is stylish and impressive. The high ceilings are lined with pine beams, whilst the display is backed by a large stone cubed statement wall. Keeping the colours neutral and fresh, the overall effect is refreshing and inviting.

ZUMA prides itself on its unique menu. Taking original recipes, it converts traditional Japanese cuisine into contemporary and authentic dishes. Divided into sections, the kitchen serves differing courses and styles of cuisine. On one counter there is sushi, with sashimi, nigiri and maki sushi. By the sushi counter is a private dining room for more intimate or professional dinners and events where up to 16 guests can be seated. There is a separate sofa-seating area too.

Outside is the terrace for up to 60 people, where guests can mingle amongst the greenery in the air-conditioned area decorated by cream and soft cushioned sofas and wood or stone tables.
