Brothers Pol and Pala Palalikit and their sister Nat all possess qualifications in gem identification, jewellery design and production from the Gemological Institute of America. Pala is the jeweler and Nat is the author of the website. Between them they are aiming to bring the business well up to the twenty first century. Contemporary styles are now flooding their shelves, whilst remaining true to their founder's values of competitive pricing and unique production. Although this is a family business they are by no means small in their influence.

The Venus Jewellers serve a broad number of foreign clients, including the American, British and Australian Embassies in Bangkok. Proving that the satisfaction of high profile clients is paramount in this business. Although many international companies rely on Venus, they also sell to domestic buyers in Thailand. They are known especially for the fine quality of their gems (specifically rubies and sapphires). But first and foremost they are renowned for their diamonds. All the gems are set in either 14 or 18 carat gold and white gold settings.
