Kidzania

    Kidzania is a role-playing activity for kids ages 4-14, which takes place in realistic play-city located on the top floor of Siam Paragon in Bangkok. Here, kids can choose from over 80 different jobs to role-play, from mechanic to dentist. Kids will love the opportunity to climb into a real Boeing 737, or rescue people in an ambulance, but it's also a learning experience. While they're having fun, they're also practicing important vocational skills, financial management, social skills and decision-making. 

    After taking part in job role-playing, kids are paid in 'kidZo', which they can use to buy goods and services or open a bank account. Small groups of 6-8 kids can participate in each role-playing activity at one time, and all instructions and signs are provided in both Thai and English. Parents can watch, but are discouraged from participating, because the idea is for the kids to act out their roles independently and learn in the process. There's also a special special play area for toddlers called Urbano's House.
