Located on the outskirts of Northern Bangkok, Safari World offers kids (and parents) a chance to have close encounters with animals from around the world, as well as enjoy spectacular shows. Safari World is divided into a Safari Park and a Marine Park. In the Safari Park, visitors can take their own car or a bus tour through an 8km park where hundreds of animals roam freely, including giraffes, zebras, and rhinos. Lions and Bengal tigers are housed in a separate area of the Safari Park, and visitors can watch their daily feeding at 10am. The Marine Park houses 100s of exhibits in addition to featuring performances by trained animals.
There are 7 shows daily, including orangutan boxing, a dolphin show, and a cowboy stunt show. Visitors can also take a jungle cruise river ride, a water flume ride featuring animatronics and other special effects.
